Your hosts, Shadrack and Susie, welcome you to Nungwi Guest House (formerly Ruma) now under new management and recently renovated.


WHERE ARE WE?
 
You'll find us on the edge of Nungwi village on the north western tip of Zanzibar, approximately 55 Km from Stone Town. 
 
Just a few minutes walk from the virgin white sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise blue sea and set apart from the main accommodation centre, Nungwi Guest House is the perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days.

When the sun gets too hot for the beach, or you feel like a change of scenery, being on the outskirts of the village makes an ideal location for wandering around and absorbing the local atmosphere and culture - from the children playing outside the kindergarten or the resident football team having their daily evening 'knockabout' to the small dukas (shops) selling everything from khangas/sarongs to woven baskets and the aquarium - it's all on our doorstep.
